Included in our Standard Home Inspection fee is a visual examination of the exterior and interior walls and concrete slabs by our on-site engineer for sinkhole activity. If we suspect there are more that normal stress cracks in the exterior and interior walls and/or slabs that would indicated possible sink hole settlement activity, then we recommend a Geo-technical Engineer perform sink hole testing at $900-1500 per test with a minimum of 3-4 per home site.
