By law, termite or WDO (wood destroying organism) inspections need to be done by licensed professional exterminators, so we subcontract this portion of the inspection. This insures that your best interests are being protected. We schedule both inspections simultaneously to increase efficiency, and two separate reports are generated. All Florida lending institutions require a separate termite report to be submitted to them within 30 days of closing. We take care of that for you by sending your WDO report to you or your realtor immediately upon its completion.
