Home Inspection Things to Remember

If you are closing within 30 days of your home inspection you will also need to have a termite inspection for your lending institution. This is to insure your bank that they’re not mortgaging a building with live termites, to protect their interests. We work with several Termite/Pest Companies and schedule this for you at the time of inspection. If your closing is beyond 30 days, your termite inspection will need to be done at a separate time within that 30 day period.
