With everything around us moving into the age of technology, we feel that home inspections should too. Our crews use digital cameras during the inspection to take pictures of any problems or deficiencies they find. These pictures are then uploaded onto a laptop and put into the complete reports designed by HomeGauge, our software company. A short summary of the problems that need attention is printed out at the inspection, while the full report is uploaded onto the internet. This includes information about the home’s appliances, flooring, windows, doors, closets and other important features. Clients are then given a user name and password so they can view the full report and print off anything they need or desire from the internet.
